Sex Ed: School’s Out for Abstinence-Only Education
Sex ed in the good ol’ US of A is the laughing-stock of all global sex ed programs. Abstinence-only sex education has been proven to be more than ineffective, it is dangerous. But somehow we can seemingly manage to decide on what history to teach, math equations to solve and our beloved Department of Education can develop pointless exams to test teens on what they should know before passing to the next grade. How many teens leave high school not knowing not much more about sex than they went in with?
In my amateur opinion – way too many. Sorry boys, having sex doesn’t teach you squat.
